Project and Construction Management Services


For communities and departments that have partnered with Alliance Water Resources, we can often utilize our professional staff and project management consultants to oversee and assist with capital improvement programs, projects and construction planning at no additional cost. Utilizing a project management specialist can help provide maximized infrastructure investments through greater efficiency and ensured quality.

Existing clients, as well as communities that do not currently contract with Alliance, can utilize these construction and project management services as an alternative or as a preview to a long-term operations agreement.

Complete project management services may include:

  • Overseeing community and construction projects from conception and design to completion
  • Managing all aspects of planning, scheduling and project budgeting
  • Implementing existing employee training and/or assisting in the hiring of new professional staff where necessary
  • Assisting with the development of new or updated policies, procedures and business practices
  • Negotiation of contracts and vendors
  • Assisting with consultant selection, contractor bid awards, contract management and project closeout
