Current Responsibilities

As Director of Operations at Alliance Water Resources, Mr. Duncan oversees operations to ensure compliance and efficiency across multiple divisions. His responsibilities include managing and developing budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and strategic resource allocation. He implements operational strategies to enhance productivity and ensures that operations adhere to company policies and regulatory standards. He also identifies and resolves operational issues by coordinating with organizational support and continually monitors and analyzes performance metrics to drive continuous improvement across all aspects of the operation.

Prior Experience

Throughout his career, Mr. Duncan has held key leadership roles, including General Manager in both the private sector and at a Public Water Supply District. In these positions, he was responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple water and wastewater treatment facilities, managing capital programs, and ensuring regulatory compliance with state and federal standards. His technical expertise covers a wide range of areas, from water treatment and distribution to wastewater treatment and collection system management, making him a versatile utility leader.
