Approximately thirty-eight students from St.Clement Elementary School in Bowling Green, Mo. toured the City\'s water and wastewater treatment facilities on Friday, April 22—Earth Day. The City contracts management of the water and wastewater operations, as well as public works, with Alliance Water Resources.

Local system manager Terry Merritt and his team hosted the group of third-through-sixth graders. Students will learn about water and wastewater treatment processes and water conservation.
