Caroline Harvey is the new manager of human resources for Alliance Water Resources, Inc. In her new role, Harvey will oversee human resource functions for the contract water and wastewater operations and maintenance company.

In answer to that challenge, Harvey will manage â€œLeadership Alliance,â€ a program designed to address the â€œmissing linkâ€ between technical know-how and the professional expertise needed to become a successful system manager. The program is unique to Alliance Water Resources.
Harvey will also oversee employee relations, payroll, benefit plans, training, performance appraisals and workers\' compensation, as well as the company\'s safety program and â€œAlliance Academy,â€ a supervisor and technical training curriculum for Alliance employees.
Previously, Harvey worked for The Insurance Group of Columbia, Mo., as large group benefit specialist. She assisted human resources professionals from a wide variety of businesses to maximize their benefit resources. Harvey has additional experience in staffing, recruiting and interviewing, budgeting for staffing needs, employee conflict resolution, performance assessments and employee training.
