Dick Tuttle has earned the new title of vice president and director of operations at Alliance Water Resources.

Tuttle began his career at Alliance in 1999 as a division manager. In 2004, he was promoted to director of operations where he oversees all aspects of operations including material/resource acquisition, regulatory compliance and special projects. His promotion to vice president is a reflection of his “extraordinary ability, dedication and leadership” says Alliance Water Resources President Gary Anger. The promotion was announced in February.

Tuttle is a professional engineer and a member of the American Water Works Association, Water Environment Federation and the American Society of Civil Engineers. He resides in Boone County with his wife Barbara and the two youngest of their five sons.
